  • Protecting our critical satellite infrastructure: the importance of space-based infrastructure to humanity and its status within NATO

    I was asked to write for the NATO Review on the limitations of existing international law for limiting the use of ASAT weapons. The article explores what NATO is doing to protect this infrastructure and highlights why this is a problem which must be dealt with now

  • In-orbit servicing and insurance markets: A symbiotic approach

  • The non-peaceful use of commercial satellites: existing issues and new challenges from a legal and policy perspective

  • Lunar Governance - Research Update

    I contributed to the Res Luna Project at the Open Lunar Foundation. This research will allow us to find governance systems which will allow us to better manage and protect resources on the Moon.

  • Planetary Protection and Martian In-Situ Resource Utilisation - Paper

    This paper reviews the current planetary protection policies of the US, UAE, and China. Planetary Protection policies are crucial for allowing us to use resources In-Situ during long-term missions whilst minimising contamination.
